JSL fingerspelling on a hand you can turn. Practise spelling and reading words, or look up any kana in the chart. Drag the hand to see it from any side, or switch to the signer’s own view to copy it.

A word is allowed when every kana in it comes from a checked row. ゛, ゜ and small kana count with their row; ー is always allowed.

A kana counts as seen each time the hand shows it in a word, in Practice or Spelling, and as read right or wrong with every word you check that contains it. Kana with marks, small forms and ー are listed after the 46. Session figures start again when the page is reloaded; Time in Practice counts only while you are on the Practice tab and active.
Advanced options
Reading with the mouth. When someone fingerspells to you, you watch their face and catch the hand at the edge of your view. Tick “Show a talking mouth” and a mouth speaks each kana in step with the hand, on the side where the signer’s face would be. It pairs well with hidden random words.
Two ways to look. “Watching” is what the person you are talking to sees. “Signing” puts the camera behind the hand, so it matches your own hand as you copy it.
Marks and small kana. ゛ slides the held shape outward and ゜ lifts it. Small kana such as っ, ゃ, ゅ, ょ pull back toward the body. In Reference, pick a kana that has these forms and they appear under Form in the options bar. ー is an index finger drawn straight down, and shows up when you spell a word.
Links. Add ?tab=practice, spelling or reference to the page address to open on that tab, and &word= a word in kana or romaji to start with it. Writing the word in base64 keeps it out of sight, so a reading exercise can be shared without giving the answer away; “Copy a link to this word” makes one for you.
Traced strokes. の, り and ん are written in the air from the wrist, the right way round for the signer, so the signing view reads correctly. Untick “Show the traced line” to practise reading them without the orange line.
